There are two types of strokes. One is Ischemic Stroke which is cause by an interruption of the Blood Supply to the Brain. The other one is called Hemorrhagic Stroke and that is caused by a Rupture of a Blood Vessel, or abnormal Vascular structure.
There is already a Drug on the market that they are saying that is helping the Brain, they say it prevents permanent Stroke Damage. Wonderful isn’t it! This Drug is called Gabapentin, an Anti-Convulsant. Yes, it is successful at treating some people, but for anyone considering this Medication, I think it would be wise if you and another person close to you discuss this Drug with your Doctor in the greatest of detail. After that, go to Facebook and look up any Gabapentin withdrawal support group and see what they have to say about Gabapentin to see what Gabapentin feels like to be on it and figure out for yourself with your Doctor about the Risk, and the Reward to using this Drug. My ex-wife was on this as a brand name, and she had a serious Side Effect, it reduced her sodium level to near Stroke levels and had to be discontinued for something else that didn’t do much and was changed to something else that didn’t work either but was expensive. I’m sure they care about that one and came with a heaping amount of those nasty ”Body Rejection Effects”, we all hate so much, no additional costs to the Patient. It wasn’t fun for me to watch either!
This Drug doesn’t work for all people, but I’m sure it’s great for those it does. One needs to proceed with caution with this Drug and by all means if you take this medication and notice a problem, please notify your Doctor immediately! For some this is playing with fire!
The Terpene Way
