Ask anybody who has ever Shingles and they will tell you, it is no fun! Shingles starts out as a Rash and causes painful blisters on the Body. Disseminated Shingles covers more of the Body. Many people get Shingles as a result of having Chicken Pox as a child. The Varicella-Zoster Virus causes Shingles. In a person for example, the Shingles is in Remission, everything is fine until your Immune System gets overwhelmed by a new threat and it can’t do both its current job, which is keeping the Shingles inactive, and address the new threat which could be a Bacteria or a Virus, so it addresses the immediate threat first thereby allowing another Shingles Flair to occur. That is one way a Shingles Flair can happen. What happens when Reactivation of the Virus, it can cause a Central Nervous Disease (CNS) with or without a rash. Another problem that gets overlooked is that Shingles can actually go directly into the Brain and cause massive problems as I witnessed firsthand from my ex-wife when it traveled directly into her Brain and caused a massive amount of Pain that could not be helped.
